Sony MDR-1000X headphone music playback tutorial

Sony MDR-1000X headphones are wireless headphones that can be wirelessly connected to the headphones through Bluetooth for music playback. There is a touch control panel on the right side of the headphones to control music playback. How to control the headphones? What about the music playing? Follow the editor to find out.

Adjust the length of the headband so that the indicator is on the left ear and the indicator is on the right ear when wearing the headphones. There is a contact point on the left unit of the headset, please be careful not to come into contact with the touch sensor control panel when wearing the headset.

Touch Controls

The Touch Sensor Control Panel operates as follows depending on how you operate the Touch Sensor Control Panel:

Play/Pause: Double tap.

Next song: Swipe forward.

Previous song: Swipe backward.

Fast forward: Swipe forward, then press and hold. Release once you reach the desired playback point.

Rewind: Slide backward, then press and hold. Release once you reach the desired playback point.

Increase volume: Swipe up repeatedly until you reach the desired volume.

Reduce volume: Swipe down repeatedly until you reach the desired volume.

If you keep pressing the touch sensor control panel after swiping up or down, the volume will continue to change. When the volume reaches the maximum or minimum, a warning tone will sound.

Note

If communication conditions are poor, the Bluetooth device may react incorrectly to operations on the headset.

Depending on the Bluetooth device, available features may vary and it may operate differently or not work at all when following the instructions above.

The volume of calls and music playback can be adjusted separately. Adjusting the call volume will not change the volume of music playback, and vice versa.
