1. Connect the headset to the computer or mobile phone and make sure the headset is turned on.

2. Open Kugou Music APP, enter the "My" page, and click the "Settings" button.

3. In the settings page, find the "Headphone Settings" option and click to enter.

4. In the headset settings page, find the "Restore Factory Settings" option and click to confirm.

5. The headset will automatically restore to factory settings and will automatically disconnect after completion.
