Activity process:
Beginning:
1. Children hold circles with both hands and drive the car into the venue to the music, and do circle exercises and preparatory movements for moving their joints.
2. Basic part: practice standing long jump.

Game: Hoop relay race.
The teacher explains and demonstrates how to play and the rules of the game.
3. Ending part
Play with multiple things in a circle: The teacher encourages children to use their brains to play with the circle and play differently from others.
Children carry hoops and play to the music.
Purpose of the activity:
