Chapter 3 of Tai Chi: 20 movements
It has the meaning of "departure" in Bagua. Li means hot and bright like fire. Therefore, the movements in the three chapters of Tai Chi are full of vitality. It consists of a variety of techniques such as lower block, front kick, straight punch, hand knife attack, and hand knife catch.
The moves in this chapter are used to develop the foundation of center of gravity movement. At the same time, since its hand, foot and body movements are performed in sequence, it can also be used to cultivate agility when switching from defense to attack.
1. ← Step forward to guard, kick forward, lunge and punch twice (once for each left and right)
2. ↑ Step forward and chop twice with the knife inside
