I will clarify the division of labor among the functional departments of the current student union to improve the work efficiency of each department. Secondly, I will have a broad understanding of the institutional settings and work systems of student unions in schools and other colleges, and learn from each other's strengths to make student unions more formalized and standardized. 2. Routine work is concrete and work requirements are systematized. We must pursue the unity and coordination of efficiency and quality. At the beginning of the establishment of the new student union members, I will use the college's annual work plan to formulate the annual work plan of the student union and implement it to the relevant departments. 4. My advantages:

1. I think my advantages generally include four points. One is the ability to innovate. As a student in the architecture class, I am learning to be creative. I am extremely professional and I like innovation, so my ability to innovate is my biggest advantage. Second, I am good at communication.
