These concerts have a strong stimulating effect on our human nervous system, and even destroy the normal movement rhythm of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, thus leading to emotional anxiety, nausea and vomiting, dizziness and headache, high blood pressure, inducing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and hindering human health.
Especially those lewd and decadent sounds can corrode people's minds and lead to premature aging of the elderly.
(2) Selection of sound level
The elderly who are weak and suffer from heart disease are particularly important in choosing the sound level of music. Fast-paced concerts promote nervous excitement and are extremely unfavorable to physical and mental health. Therefore, this kind of elderly people should choose slow-paced music if they want to enjoy music.
For ordinary old people, the volume of listening to music should be moderate, usually not more than 6 decibels, without noise interference.
(3) Pay attention to the occasion
Listening to music is a way for us old people to eliminate loneliness and improve our self-cultivation, but we should also pay attention to the place, and don't turn up the volume too loudly because we are happy, which will affect the life rules of others, especially in the dead of night.
