If the phone speaker is silent, we recommend that you:

1. Settings - Accessibility - Hearing - Silent lock has sound - turn off.

2. Adjust the volume keys on the side of the phone when making a call or playing music.

3. If there is no sound from the speaker when making calls or playing music, please back up the data in your phone and try restoring the machine to factory settings.

4. If the problem persists, please bring the purchase invoice, repair card and machine to the Samsung after-sales service center for inspection.
