The Hans Eisler Conservatoire in Germany is better.
1. The Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin is located in the center of Berlin, the capital of Germany. It has a superior cultural environment and geographical location, and is deeply influenced by the fine traditions of many artists and musicians. The school focuses on the core subjects of Western musical arts, including voice, piano, string instruments, woodwind and brass instruments, conducting, musical theater directing, musicology and composition. Studies also include affiliated institutes run jointly with the University of the Arts Berlin: the Berlin Jazz Academy, the Sound Time Place New Music Academy, the Kurt Singer Institute for Musician Health and Music Physiology and the C.P.E.Bach Music High School Berlin. The University's own orchestras, including the Symphony Orchestra and the Echo Chamber Orchestra, perform at the highest artistic level.
2. Colburn College is a music, dance, and drama school located in downtown Los Angeles, adjacent to the Museum of Contemporary Art and directly opposite the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The college was founded in 1950 as a preparatory college for the University of Southern California's Thornton School of Music. Located across the street from it is the Temple Auditorium, a famous landmark in Los Angeles. During its role as the backbone, it was converted into additional rehearsal rooms, performance halls, and dance studios for USC. In 1980, the college finally became independent from the University of Southern California and became an independent institution. In 1985, the college received a huge donation from Richard Colburn, so it was named after him. In 1998, it moved from close to the University of Southern California campus to its current location.
