To remove fans from NetEase Cloud Music, just add the fans to the blacklist. If the other party’s account has been canceled, you can contact manual customer service to handle it. The following are the specific steps:

1 . Open the NetEase Cloud Music app. After entering, click the list icon, as shown in the figure below.

2. After opening the sidebar, click My Friends, as shown in the figure below.

3. After entering My Friends, click Fans to enter the Fans interface, select the fans you want to remove, and click in, as shown in the figure below.

4. After entering the fan interface you want to remove, click the three-dot icon in the upper right corner and select Add to Blacklist to remove the fan, as shown in the figure below.
