The mire war is the tenth issue of the seventh season of Running Bar.

The tenth program recorded on May 25th was the mire war, in which all the running men turned into clay figurines. The guests were divided into two groups: the pink team consisted of Jerry Lee, Sha Yi, Bailu, Daxun Wei and Sun ZhenNi, and the blue team consisted of baby, Charlie, Adam and Shi Baiyu.

Jerry Lee, Angelababy, Bailu and Adam are called running men with four mud. They are covered with mud from head to toe, and don't let go of a hair.
