Personal profile: 28 years old, independent animation director. His creations also involve graphic design, short comics and music. He graduated from Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor's degree in animation in 2007 and received a master's degree in animation from Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts in 2009. In 2010, the animation "This Thought Is Love" won the Best Animated Short Film Award at the Ottawa International Animation Festival. In 2013, the animation "Photo Recycling" was selected for the Annecy International Animation Festival and won the Best Animated Short Film Award at the Netherlands International Animation Festival. In 2014, he served as a judge at the Zagreb International Animation Festival and the Netherlands International Animation Festival. In the same year, he won the Cai Guoqiang Art Scholarship from the Asian Cultural Council.
