General outline

Chapter 1 Members

Article 5 Membership Card:

Article 8 Member Representatives:

Article 10 Members enjoy the following rights:

(1) Participate in relevant meetings of the association, read relevant documents of the association, and receive various education and training from the association.

(2) Make suggestions and initiatives on various matters of the association.

(3) Criticize any department or member of the association on a basis basis at the meeting of the association, responsibly expose and report to the association the fact that any department of the association or any member violates laws and disciplines, and demand punishment for illegal and disorderly persons disciplinary members, demanding the removal or replacement of incompetent cadres.

(4) Exercise the right to vote, elect, and have the right to be elected.

Article 11 Member withdrawal:

(1) Members have the freedom to withdraw from the membership. If a member requests to withdraw from the membership, the removal shall be announced after discussion by the Board of Directors and the Secretariat, and shall be filed.

Chapter 2 Organizational System

Article 12 The association is a unified whole organized according to its own program and charter and democratic centralism.

The basic principles of democratic centralism of the association are:

(1) Individual members obey the organization of the association, the minority obeys the majority, subordinate organizations obey superior organizations, and all organizations and members of the entire association obey the representatives of all members of the association General Assembly.

(5) Organizations at all levels of the association implement a system that combines collective leadership with individual division of labor and responsibility. All major issues must be decided after collective discussion in accordance with the principles of collective leadership, democratic centralization, individual deliberation, and meeting decisions; and then division of labor among departments and powers according to the decision, and the effective performance of one's responsibilities.

Chapter 3 Cadres and Officers

Article 13 Requirements

(6) All cadres and officers must write semester plans and summaries; establish and organize their own work files.

(7) Each minister and deputy department should be able to train the officers of their own departments and discover and cultivate their successors in practice.

(8) All cadres and officers must attend regular meetings and other meetings at the specified time. Those who cannot attend the meeting need to ask for leave.

Article 14 Organizational Structure

(4) Talent training and performance department:

1. Guitar Department

Chapter 4 Association Discipline

Article 15 Attendance Regulations

(1) Establish an attendance book, and the organization and planning department is responsible for arranging officers to record the attendance of each training, meeting and other activities.

(2) Trainees should participate in business and talent training on time, and cadres and officers should attend meetings and other activities on time. If they are late or unable to participate in activities due to special circumstances

Article 16 Office Management Regulations

(1) The association’s finances include funds, various musical instruments and their accessories, audio equipment, office supplies, etc.; items stored in the office shall be unified It is managed by the Interpretation Department, and other departments are not allowed to lend it out without permission; all association members should take good care of the association's public property and must not intentionally damage it. Article 17 Penalty Provisions
