1. Open Douyin and click the " " button in the lower right corner to start recording or uploading videos.

2. After the recording or uploading is completed, click the "Next" button in the lower right corner.

3. Select the music you want to add, and then click the "Clip Music" button.

4. In the pop-up music editing page, you can select a certain part of the music as background music by dragging the progress bar.

5. Drag the progress bar to the starting position you want to capture, and then click the "scissors" icon on the left to capture the starting position.

6. Drag the progress bar to the end position you want to capture, and then click the "scissors" icon on the left again to capture the end position.

7. Click the "Save" button to save the music clips you captured.
