Dancing Youth, one of the third national system broadcast gymnastics for primary and secondary school students, was organized and compiled by the Ministry of Education. Preparatory position: upright.
The first eight beats.
1. Jump to the left lunge at a 45-degree angle with the left side forward, bending both arms flat in front of the chest (make a fist).
2 jumped to stand side by side, and their arms returned to their original state.
3. Jump forward in a left lunge, swinging both arms sideways to the head to give a high-five.
4. Turn right and jump 45 degrees to return to upright.
5-6 Do a small hop twice with your legs together, and bend your arms flat in front of your chest (make a fist).

The second eight beats.
1. Kick your right foot back and jump, and at the same time bend your elbows in front of your chest (with your fists facing backward).

4 Jump to stand side by side, with both arms at your side.
