1. Teaching objectives

2. Weeks and goals:
Week 1:
1. Practice formation, standing, kneeling and pressing postures.
2. Explain the general requirements for dance classes.
3. Know each part of your body (head, neck, shoulders, elbows, hands, legs, toes, insteps, heels, etc.).
Understand the breakdown of body movements:
