AN Cafe

An Cafe (original Japanese name: アンティック-佳琲店-) is a Japanese rock band formed in 2003 with the assistance of the independent record company Loop Ash. Its characteristics are: A kind of oshare kei in visual kei rock, this band has published some unique albums of its own.

In May 2003, An Cafe was originally formed by Miku, Kanon and Bou, and later Teruki from the "Feathers-Blue" band also joined the band. In the first year, the band only performed on stage and did not compose any songs. In 2004, An Cafe produced its first piece of music and signed a contract with the Loop Ash band to collaborate. The first piece "Candyholic" was released in March and ranked second on the Oricon Chart (the label's exclusive record production chart). The group continued to perform and edit their own songs, with the first album Shikisai Moment released in 2005, followed by the second album Magnya Carta (from the English Magna Carta) in 2006. In 2007, the band left Japan and performed Project A-Kon for the first time abroad. Guitarist Bou had left the band before the performance. On April 30, 2007, he and Bou combined for the last time and recorded the DVD LIVE CAFE 2007? Spring "HIBIYA ON ☆ザ☆ Imperial NEW World". After Bou left the band, two members were added: Takuya replaced Bou as guitarist, and Yuuki was added. A new single "Kakusei Heroism" was formed, followed by "Ryuusei Rocket". At the end of 2007 An Cafe made its debut and participated in competitions held in Europe in 2008. An Cafe released their new single "Cherry Saku Yuuki!!" in early 2008, and released their new album Gokutama Rock Cafe on April 9.

An Cafe band has been supporting the famous Japanese brand Sex Pot Revenge for a long time, and in order to print the band's promotional pictures on the clothing. It's even on the cover of the company's free magazine V!nyl Syndicate. In 2008 the singer Miku edited the program Volume 2 of Visual Kei DVD Magazine in the magazine Biju.

An Cafe' band is not only popular in Japan, but also in Europe, Asia, Korea, China, Argentina, Brasilia and the United States. In 2008, the band performed the European tour 'Live Cafe Tour '08 - Nyappy go around the world' in Finland, Sweden, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and other countries. Ten concerts were held in six countries, five of them in Germany. In November 2008, An Cafe planned to tour three cities in California, South America, in March and April 2009. The band plans to tour Europe again in March 2009. Ten galas will be held in the following countries: Finland (2), Sweden, Germany (2), United Kingdom, France (2), Spain, Russia (Moscow).
