You may see two situations:
① If the device cannot be obtained, please check whether the mobile phone card has been inserted or try another mobile phone.
② Please use Tencent King Card to activate. For dual-card customers, please set both the main card for calls and the main card for Internet access as King Card.
If the above error occurs, please reinstall the SIM card; for dual-card customers, please set the primary and secondary cards in the network settings, set both the primary call card and the primary Internet card to Tencent King Card, and activate again operate.
