1. open wechat software and find my settings.

2. select the "function" option in "general".

3. scroll down to find the "video function" in "not enabled functions". (Some friends have enabled this function, so you don't need to set it.)

4. Then click "Video Function", select "Enable this function" and return.

5. Open the chat dialog box of friends who want to make video calls, and select the "+"sign in the lower right corner.

6. You will see the "Video Chat" option. Click it and you will initiate a video call to the other party.

7. When the other party accepts, you can make a video call.
