Why does the whistle in Kill Bill sound so weird and scary?

The opening song "Bang Bang" hahaha what the title character said is really my favorite part and I answered it angrily!

I agree with the view that it integrates with the plot of the movie. California Mountain Snake meticulously puts on nurse uniforms and prepares execution equipment, which forms a contrast with the casual and leisurely whistles and simple lyrics, which is very Gothic. The accompaniment is gloomy, so it blends in perfectly with the entire plot. Also, the Black Mamba is her love rival. It’s actually very satisfying to kill her love rival with your own hands! Whistling expresses this sense of pleasure. But assassination still needs to create a strange atmosphere. So this music should be a portrayal of complex emotions.
