A Bing's explanation

China folk musicians. The real name is Hua Yanjun (1893-195). People from Wuxi, Jiangsu. I studied music with my father Hua Qing and Taoist since childhood. By the age of 16, A Bing had become an outstanding musician in Wuxi Taoism. At the age of 35, he was blind, and people called him blind A Bing. Due to social unrest, the Taoist property was sold out, and A Bing began his career as a vagrant artist. Most of his instrumental works are from this time. Famous works include Erhu Opera "Two Springs Reflecting the Moon", "Listening to Pine" and "Cold Spring Breeze"; Pipa music includes "Big Waves on the Sand", "Zhaojun's Embankment" and "Dragon Boat". Yang Yinliu and others have The Collection of A Bing Songs.
