Characteristics of horror film music

The first thing I want to talk about is----Hong Kong. In particular, I personally prefer some of the better ghost films produced in Hong Kong. Although the pictures are worse than those in Japan, Korea, Europe and the United States, the plot is very suspenseful and attractive! Some of the endings are also surprising! For example, the corpse of the old man in the mountain village is always seen on July 14th.

In fact, I think Hong Kong horror films are the least interested in visual impact. They care more about psychological suspense. However, many people don’t like Hong Kong horror films because of this, saying that the visual effects are too poor! Of course, there are countless junk ghost movies in Hong Kong. In fact, another major feature of old-fashioned Hong Kong ghost films is the perfect combination of comedy and horror.

Japan and South Korea. . . I personally feel that Japanese and Korean ghost films are not suitable to be lumped together. They each have their own characteristics, so I like to separate them.

The level of Japanese ghost movies is also uneven. Their plots are usually very complicated or have many characters, and it is easy to miss the key points. Therefore, it is impossible to fully understand ordinary Japanese horror movies after watching them once. This also causes some people to think that Japanese ghost movies are complicated and interesting, but some people think that there is no plot and cannot be understood.

Moreover, watching Japanese ghost movies requires patience, and you will know them before the story begins. If there are some complaints and you don’t have the endurance, you may feel that you can’t stand it anymore. One thing I admire very much about Japanese horror films is their unlimited creativity! They are really thoughtful. . . . I had this feeling when I read Junji Itou's comics before. Sometimes I thought his ideas were perverted, but sometimes I really admired his creativity. I feel that Chinese people would not have such thoughts and ideas. Although some of them look a little perverted, sometimes they make me feel that my thinking is narrow.

Korea I don’t really appreciate Korean ghost movies. I always feel that there are too few excellent Korean ghost movies. They are either purely model European and American gore, like A Teacher's Favor, or they are so melodramatic that they qualify as dramas, like A Dining Table for Four. To be honest, I often feel sleepy just looking at it! So I don’t see much, and I don’t have much say.

Europe and the United States European and American horror films are my least favorite genre. They advocate too much visual impact, violence and gore. In fact, the title genre of horror film should actually be a term tailor-made for Europe and America! Most horror films from Japan, Korea and Hong Kong can be summarized as ghost films, but European and American ones are more suitable to be named horror films! Typical ones in this area are The Shocking Cannibals, The Corpse Crossing the Boundary, The Human Skin Inn, etc. There are too many to count! There are also some horror films in Europe and the United States that are relatively suitable for my taste, such as Dead Silence and Rebel Witch, which focus more on psychological suspense! In fact, in recent years, some European and American horror films have a tendency to imitate Japan, such as The Grudge, The Grudge, etc. In fact, I personally prefer this new type of European and American horror films, which use American technology and Asian plots. The way the story is told is really good. If a little more suspense and creativity are added, it would be perfect. If this type of horror film in Europe and the United States continues to develop healthily, it will definitely become the new favorite of many horror film lovers! Thailand is an emerging producer of horror films in recent years. In the past, Thai horror films were always associated with Buddhist ethics, so they did not receive much attention. However, there have been changes in recent years.

Like The Ghost of the Dead has become a new favorite among many horror film lovers. I think the visuals of Thai horror films are quite good, but it would be better if the plots could be more substantial and suspenseful. In fact, some Thai horror films also focus on suspenseful depictions, but they are not very successful. They are always very suspenseful. It is easy for moviegoers to guess. Generally, people who watch more horror movies will feel that there is a lack of suspense, such as the conjoined Yin. And the Thai language is really not very good. Haha, this is pretty much the only place where I watch horror movies.

In general,
