How to do passive exercises for children

(5) The preparation posture for leg extension and flexion is that the baby lies on his back with his legs straight. Adults gently hold the upper part of the baby's ankles with both hands. During operation, bend the baby's right hip joint and knee joint by 9 degrees, and then straighten the right lower limb. Then the left lower limb moves, as above.

(6) The posture of toe flexion and extension and ankle joint preparation is that the baby lies on his back, the adult holds the left ankle of the child with his left hand, and the left five toes with his right hand. During the operation, the baby flexes and stretches the five toe-metatarsal joints on the left side for 4 times, and then flexes and stretches the ankle joint for 4 times. The order of the right action is the same as above.

(7) The posture of hip joint preparation is that the baby lies on his back with his legs straight. Adults gently hold the upper parts of the baby's bilateral ankles with both hands. When operating, first bend the left foot joint and knee joint at 9 degrees, then slowly rotate the left lower limb to the outside of the body with the hip joint as the center, and finally restore it. The right lower limb moves the same as the left lower limb.
