It should be that the DNS has been changed, causing a conflict with NetEase Cloud. It can be restored by resetting the network.

One is to right-click the network connection icon in the lower right corner of the desktop, open "Network and Internet Settings", then find "Network Reset" and click "Confirm" to restart.

The second method is to restore through command mode.

After opening the command prompt, enter "ipconfig /flushdns" in the command prompt window to reset the current DNS.

Next continue to enter: netsh interface ip set dns local connection static 8.8.8.8 Set your own DNS.

Finally continue to enter in the command line: netsh winsock reset, then our network will be reset.
