Sour jujube tea

Main ingredients: 1000g wild jujube, 2500g water (1000g left at the end).

Ingredients: 150g hawthorn.

Seasoning: 100g rock sugar.

Method: 1. Wash the jujube and hawthorn. 2. Add water to the jujube and hawthorn in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 45 minutes. When the jujube meat is cooked and more than half of the water has evaporated, turn off the heat. 3. Use a slotted spoon to remove the jujube flesh and core, squeeze out the jujube juice with a spoon, and keep the remaining jujube residue for use. 4. Add rock sugar to the jujube juice and simmer over low heat until it melts. The sweet and sour jujube tea is ready.
