1. First open NetEase Cloud Music, enter the main interface, and click the button with three horizontal lines on the upper left to enter the interface.

2. Next, click the settings button to enter the settings interface, find My Customer Service, and click to enter.

3. Finally, if you find out whether automatic renewal of membership can be refunded, click to enter, follow the prompts and click to cancel automatic renewal, and that’s it.
