1. You can use Format Factory to cut and splice songs. First, open Format Factory and select the audio format that needs to be cut.

2. Click "Audio" - "MP3", a new page will pop up, click "Add File" to add the songs we need.

3. After completing the addition, click the "Clip" button above.

4. On the editing page, when the upper cursor reaches the part you want, click the "Start Time" button below.

5. When the cursor reaches the end part, click "End Time", and then click " " on the right.

6. Then you can save the first fragment to the list.

7. Complete the second part of the interception in the same way. Then click the "OK" button in the upper right corner.

8. Then select your own "output folder" to save the cut song fragments.

9. Then click the "Start" green button to complete the download of the two intercepted song fragments.

10. Click the "Audio Merge" option on the left again.

11. Add the two clips we edited on the pop-up page.

12. After adding the song fragments that need to be spliced, click "OK" in the upper right corner.
