Xinzhe Chang, born in Taiwan on March 26, 1967, is a singer, actor, and stage troupe leader.
In 1987, Zhang Xinzhe signed with Jushi Music, a subsidiary of Rolling Stone Records, and released his first album "Lying".
In 1995, he established the music studio Tidewater Music and joined Seed Music, a subsidiary label of EMI. With the album "Tolerance", he won the 1996 Golden Melody Award for Best Mandarin Male Singer.
