According to the school discipline development plan and the mandatory plan issued by the Fujian Provincial Department of Education, combined with the school running conditions, the employment situation of graduates, the needs of economic development in various provinces and the situation of students in various provinces, and according to the annual enrollment scale approved by the provincial planning authorities, the enrollment plans of different provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) are compiled.

2. Principles for using the adjustment plan during the admission period

The school reserves the enrollment plan for high-level athletes according to the number of qualified students of high-level athletes. During the admission period, the unfinished plan will be adjusted according to the actual situation of students in each province, adhere to the principle of collective deliberation, and after obtaining the approval of the provincial planning department.

Article 11 The enrollment of schools shall be based on the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, with comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Article 12 The admission system of Jimei University is implemented in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and supervised by the provincial examination institute. Admission of new students strictly implements the admission policies and disciplines formulated by the Ministry of Education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the students are located.

Article 13 The proportion of professional transfer for ordinary undergraduate students shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the students come from. High-level athletes shall be recruited by the school at the provincial level where the candidates are located according to the assessment, and they shall be selected on the basis of merit.

In principle, Jimei University only accepts candidates who fill in Jimei University (except for the batch submitted in the form of "parallel volunteer"). When the number of volunteer students in the first institution is less than the planned number, reference volunteer candidates can be admitted.

Article 14 The political, ideological and moral assessment mainly examines the performance of candidates themselves. When enrolling new students, they will be audited according to the "political, ideological and moral performance" in the electronic files provided by the provincial recruitment offices. Candidates who have one of the following circumstances and fail to provide proof materials such as their understanding of mistakes and the actual performance of correcting them are deemed to be unqualified in the examination of ideological and political morality, and will not be admitted:

① Those who have words and deeds against the basic principles set by the Constitution or join a cult organization, and the circumstances are serious;

1. When enrolling students, the school first determines some majors with more than the planned number of volunteer students in the first major as the first round of pre-admission majors, and makes pre-admission according to the method of "professional grade difference".

While considering the protection of the volunteers of the first major, combined with the professional volunteers of the candidates, the majors with more students can be transferred to the majors with fewer students, and the admission process is fair, just and reasonable.

The total score of the professional level difference of Jimei University is 7 points, that is, the level difference between the first professional volunteer and the reference professional volunteer is 5 points; There is no grade difference between reference majors, which is regarded as parallel volunteer; The professional grade difference between reference professional volunteers and adjustment professional volunteers is 2 points.

4. In principle, the policy of adding (dropping) points formulated by the provincial admissions committee where candidates come from is recognized. Pre-admission is based on the candidate's investment score (college entrance examination plus care score). In the provinces that implement parallel volunteer's filing model, after the provincial admissions department files, Jimei University will make professional deployment according to the filing scores containing the candidates' ranking information, and rank the candidates with the same filing scores according to the ranking rules determined by the provinces. In the provinces with non-parallel volunteer investment mode, the candidates with the same investment scores are ranked in Chinese and English in literature and history, and in mathematics and English in science.

5. The requirements for two elective subjects of Jiangsu Shengyuan are: physics for science and engineering majors, history for literature and history majors, and the other elective subject is not required in principle; The level requirements of the academic proficiency test are: the undergraduate course meets the optional test of 2B and the compulsory test of 4C is qualified. Candidates who enter the file are deployed in the way of "professional grade difference".

VI. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region accepts students according to the principle of "queuing up for admission according to professional volunteers within the scope of the enrollment plan of 1: 1".

VII. The professional examinations are conducted by Jimei University according to the special test standards stipulated by the State Sports General Administration, and the cultural examinations are unified by the State Sports General Administration, and the provincial admissions departments organize the examinations (national unified time). On the basis of the scores of cultural and special admission control determined by the school, the students are selected according to the comprehensive scores of each special candidate. According to the requirements that the number of candidates who enroll first-class athletes (inclusive) or above in sports training major is not less than 15% of the total enrollment in this major, and the number of candidates who enroll first-class athletes (inclusive) or above in Wushu and traditional national sports major is not less than 1% of the total enrollment in this major, the number of planned executions in sports training and Wushu and traditional national sports can be appropriately adjusted and controlled when enrolling.

Article 18 There is no special requirement for the ratio of male to female students in the enrollment majors of Jimei University, but navigation technology, marine engineering and marine electronic and electrical engineering belong to maritime water majors. Considering the professional characteristics, employment environment and industry status comprehensively, it is more suitable for boys to study.

Article 2 Except for foreign language majors, which only recruit candidates whose language is English in college entrance examination language, there is no requirement for foreign language examination in other enrollment majors. Jimei University mainly uses English as the basic foreign language for teaching. Candidates who apply for English, Japanese and translation majors, if the provincial entrance examination institution where the candidates are located organizes an oral exam, must take it and pass the exam.

In the third year, the students of this project went to Taiwan Province Chung Yuan Christian University to study, and the tuition fee was charged according to the tuition standard of the school in that year, which was about NT$ 11,/student year (equivalent to about RMB 24,).

Note: If there is a new major, the tuition fee standard will be implemented with reference to the above-mentioned major during the study in Jimei University, and the tuition fee will be charged according to the tuition fee standard of the relevant university in Taiwan Province in the third year.

2. Accommodation fee

1. Accommodation for freshmen is arranged by the school in a unified way. According to different accommodation conditions, it is charged from 55 yuan/student year to 1,3 yuan/student year (apartment).
