Tools required: computer, PPT software
1. First open the PPT where you want to insert background music, click "Insert" "Video and Sound" "Sound in File" in the menu bar ".
2. Find the background music you want to insert, and then click "Confirm"
3. After clicking Confirm, a picture of a small speaker will appear and a message box will appear. There are "automatic" and "when clicked" respectively. Automatic means that the music will be played automatically after the slide starts, while in stand-alone, the music will not be played until you click the icon. Let's take automatic as an example
4. After selecting the way to play music, right-click the small speaker icon, click "Edit Sound Object", select "Loop Play Until Stop", and then click OK.
5. Right-click the speaker icon again, select "Custom Animation" on a single machine, and then double-click the music
6. Select "Start from the beginning" in the "Start Playing" menu; In the "Stop Playing" option of "Stop Playing", enter the slide you want the music to stop in "After... slides", and then click OK
7. Play the slide at the end and the music will stop. It will start naturally and then it will end at the end.
