The "Shanghai Big Turntable" built by Shanghai Amusement Machine Company is my country's first giant Ferris wheel over 100 meters. It was opened on May 1, 2002. Officially launched today. The "Shanghai Big Carousel" has a total height of 108 meters, a disk diameter of 98 meters, a total weight of 580 tons, and a strong wind resistance of level 12. It can carry 42 passenger cabins and has a maximum passenger capacity of 752 people/hour. It operates for about 25 minutes per week.
