1. Contents and requirements of preliminary examination
(1) Western orchestral music (except percussion): one piece of music of your choice.
western percussion: two pieces of music of your choice. Snare drum Jr. has an etude of his choice, and Malimba has a repertoire of his choice (two or four hammers are acceptable).
(2) national instrumental music: a piece of music of your choice.
(3) Keyboard: one etude and one polyphony. Among them, accordion candidates play an etude or polyphony or a piece of music.
(4) Vocal music: one piece of music of your choice (live piano accompaniment is required, and multimedia accompaniment is not allowed).
Note: Except snare drum Jr. who can watch music, all other tracks in the recruitment direction require recitation and singing.
2. Requirements for initial video recording
(1) The submitted video recording must be complete music, and it is not allowed to be deleted or cut.
(2) There is only one video recording (piano examinee's etudes and polyphony must be recorded as one video file), and the format is limited to WMV, MP4, AVI and MOV, and the video size is no more than 3M.
(3) Video recording requires a white background, which should start with a close-up of the examinee's face (like an ID card photo) and extend to the whole body. The picture is required to remain stable and the whole picture of the candidates is clearly displayed. Candidates are not allowed to wear makeup, and their faces are required to be plain.
(4) When recording, a long lens must be used for uninterrupted recording, and sound and image should be recorded at the same time. During this period, the picture should not be cut, and no video editing method should be used to beautify the processed picture, and no audio editing method should be used to beautify the edited audio.
(5) Only one candidate can appear in the video, and no other personnel can appear; No suggestive words, patterns, logos, backgrounds, etc. showing candidates' information shall appear in the video, and no personal information such as candidates' names, places of origin and secondary schools shall appear.
(6) Anyone who violates the above provisions will be deemed to have violated the rules and will be disqualified.
Note: Online registration and video uploading are used for the initial test. Candidates are required to upload videos according to the registration requirements within the specified time and complete the registration.
3. Re-examination contents and requirements
(1) Main item (score accounts for 8%)
Western orchestral music (except percussion): one piece of foreign music of your choice (it is not allowed to be repeated with the first test).
western percussion: two optional pieces, one optional etude or piece of music by snare drum Jr. and one optional piece of music by Malimba with four hammers (which shall not be duplicated with the first trial).
keyboard: playing scales, arpeggios, allegro movement of a sonata and a piece of music (not limited at home and abroad) [accordion candidates play ① scales, ② playing a piece of music (not to be repeated with the first test piece)].
Vocal music, folk instrumental music: one piece of music of your choice (not to be repeated with the first trial).
(2) Solfeggio, listening and music theory (the score accounts for 2%)
Solfeggio is a live oral test, accounting for 5%.
Listening and music theory are written tests, with listening accounting for 1% and music theory accounting for 5%.
(3) Precautions
The songs sung by candidates in vocal music direction in the re-examination will be accompanied by our school, and the candidates will prepare the accompaniment score at that time; Western orchestral music and national instrumental music are unaccompanied.
Except snare drum Jr., all the tracks in the recruitment direction require recitation and singing.
