On the moral education consciousness of music teachers

Abstract: Music education is an important part of quality education, and its functions are various, and its moral education function plays an important role in students' quality education. Based on the analysis of several problems in moral education in middle school music education, this paper puts forward several ways to strengthen moral education in music education.

All forms of school music lessons should aim at developing students' spiritual life, helping them understand the world, forming their world outlook and improving their moral level. ? Teachers, as soul engineers of human beings, should fully implement moral education consciousness and education in education and teaching, and set a good example of moral education behavior for students.

First, there are several problems in current music moral education

Music education, as an integral part of quality education, plays an irreplaceable role in the process of people's all-round development, but in the process of development, especially in moral education, there are several problems:

(1) Music teachers' moral awareness is relatively weak

Music teachers graduated from normal universities and received systematic education in pedagogy and psychology. Educate people? Is the first, understand the importance of moral education. However, music teachers have paid more attention to their own majors, the design of music lessons, teaching forms and means, and they are concerned about how to give full play to their professional qualities, how to teach music knowledge to students better, and how to guide students to feel, express and create beauty in music. At the same time, music teachers are one of the most easily overlooked subjects in the overall moral education construction and management in schools. Compared with the teachers of Chinese and political subjects in schools, music teachers are always weak, which will easily lead to the reality that their moral education awareness is relatively weak.

(2) Music teachers have not tapped enough moral education materials in the textbooks

Music textbooks are the basis for systematic music education for students, which embodies the principles of knowledge, aesthetics, science and practicality in the arrangement of textbooks, and more importantly, the educational principle, that is, using the contents of textbooks and ideas to educate students how to be a person and how to be a person needed by society. In fact, this is the embodiment of moral education function.

Music teachers' relatively weak moral education consciousness leads to a lack of initiative and enthusiasm for excavating moral education materials. Moral education materials are hidden in the process of music knowledge, songs, music appreciation and music practice. Some music teachers simply impart knowledge, teach singing and appreciate famous music songs, and become a mere formality of music practice, but lack of active and active excavation and arrangement of moral education materials. In education and teaching, they cannot make full use of materials to carry out moral education for students.

(3) There is a deviation in understanding the concept of moral education

In today's quality education, music education is endowed with a higher historical mission, and almost all people engaged in music education are studying music education and innovative ability, the cultivation of creative thinking, aesthetic education in music education and so on. In particular, some people think that aesthetic education can replace moral education, which is actually inappropriate. Aesthetic education and moral education are closely related. They are interrelated, infiltrated and transformed, but they cannot replace each other. First of all, from the nature, moral education and aesthetic education belong to humanistic education, both of which act on people's spirit and mind, and both have value-oriented and humanistic-oriented functions, and * * * together guide young people to pursue the meaning and value of life. But the difference between them is that moral education is normative, which plays a role in inspiring, purifying and sublimating people's spirit. Aesthetic education is edification and sensation, which plays a role in people's spirit. Moral education mainly acts on the rational level of people's consciousness, while aesthetic education mainly acts on the perceptual and emotional level of people. On the spiritual level, moral education is powerless. Secondly, from the social function, moral education mainly focuses on adjusting and standardizing the relationship between people in society. Aesthetic education mainly focuses on maintaining the spiritual balance, harmony and health of individuals and themselves. Therefore, it is inappropriate to replace moral education with aesthetic education.

2. Combining the problems listed above, we should find out the root of the problems

1. Music teachers have not put themselves in the position where they should actively participate in moral education. In the face of students' problems, they always take an evasive, evasive or irrelevant attitude, which shows that teachers have insufficient understanding of education and teaching ideas.

2. The management of the school has not paid enough attention to it. The school is a big educational environment, and every teacher is the educator of moral education. Although the school management has put forward moral education requirements for teachers, it is ineffective in guiding and regulating the process of moral education for teachers. At the same time, the school has not done enough in the layout of the environment, the purchase and management of moral education resources and the improvement of the evaluation system.

Third, the countermeasures to solve the problem

1. Music educators should analyze themselves and make insufficient analysis; Find out the reasons from ideology, working attitude and working methods, enhance the awareness of moral education and improve the ability of moral education implementation in practical work.

2. Teachers should learn to instill moral education into students when they have the opportunity, instead of mechanically memorizing it. Remember one thing, only students are interested in this way of learning, they will remember it well and learn it thoroughly.

3. Dig deep into the moral education materials in the teaching materials, and combine the forms of music education and teaching to carry out moral education, such as patriotism in song teaching, love for the Chinese nation in appreciation teaching, collectivism in music practice, and so on. At the same time, we should deeply study the ways and means suitable for practical teaching.

What education and teaching are most afraid of is mechanically copying, so we need our teachers to make students consciously understand the true meaning of moral education while learning knowledge through an entertaining way, and constantly improve their ability of conscious education.

As one of the means of aesthetic education, music education plays a unique role. The meaning of music itself is that it can edify people's sentiment and affect a person's moral cultivation. Accordingly, teachers should guide students to step into music according to the original charm of music, elegant melody, soothing rhythm, crisp timbre and so on, and at the same time feel the beautiful feelings expressed by songs with their hearts. In a state of enjoyment, understand beauty, feel beauty and appreciate beauty. For example, when teaching students to learn to sing the National Anthem, teachers should not just teach them how to sing it, even if they complete the task, but should combine the national conditions and creative background at that time. 4. Schools should strengthen and attach importance to teachers' moral education and establish a feasible evaluation system. So that schools can evaluate teachers, and teachers' evaluation of students has corresponding reference basis.
