1. To upload music to Douyin, you need a link. First, upload the video to Baidu Cloud and share it to get the link, as shown in the figure below:

2. Open Douyin and click "+" below, as shown in the picture below:

3. Click "Select Music", as shown in the picture below:

4. Enter a few words in the search box. Click to search, as shown in the picture below:

5. Select "Click to recommend", as shown in the picture below:

6. Enter the song name, music link, and click "Submit" , you can use it to shoot videos after the review is completed, as shown below:
