"The sound of thunderstorm rumbling in front of my window" is "Love Song 1990".
"Love Song 1990" is a song written, composed and sung by Luo Dayou. It is included in Luo Dayou's album "Comrade Lover" released in 1988. This song is the Mandarin version of the theme song of the movie "Alang's Story". The lyrics are as follows:
The dark eyes and your smiling face
It’s hard to forget the change in your appearance
The old days just slip away
When I turn around to see how many years have passed
The vast and vast road to the end of the world is your wandering
Looking for and staying together is my footsteps
Beside the dark lonely pillow is your tenderness
The morning when I wake up is my sorrow
Maybe the sun will set tomorrow and the tired bird will have returned
You will have embarked on the journey back to the old days
It is rare in life to find a partner who knows each other again
After all, life will never leave the blue sky
The rumbling sound of thunderstorm in front of my window
It’s hard to forget the change of your departure
The lonely mood behind the lonely figure
It is my eyes that are always without complaints
It is my eyes that are always without complaints
Maybe tomorrow when the sun sets in the west and the tired birds have returned
You will I have embarked on the journey back to the old days
It is rare in life to find a partner who knows each other again
After all, it is difficult to leave the blue sky of white clouds in life
The sound of rumbling thunderstorms is in my eyes in front of the window
It’s hard to forget the change of your departure
The lonely mood behind the lonely figure
My eyes are always without complaint
