4. When receiving a fire alarm signal or notification, promptly notify the central control room personnel to rush to the scene to check the cause of the alarm.
5. Regularly test, clean and maintain fire-fighting equipment and keep the fire control room clean and tidy.
6. Strictly abide by the operating procedures of the monitoring equipment, and it is prohibited to adjust the host system or use it for other purposes.
7. Immediately notify the central control room of fire-fighting equipment failures found during inspections and make detailed records.
8. Report any situation in a timely manner, and it is strictly forbidden to withhold the situation or handle it without authorization.
9. Non-duty personnel are not allowed to enter the fire control room without permission, and relevant registration must be done for those entering and exiting.
10. Keep on-duty records, record in detail the work assigned by superiors, and hand over clearly.
11. Keep information well and do not disclose the use of fire-fighting equipment to unrelated persons.
12. It is strictly prohibited to use the fire control duty phone to make non-work-related calls, and it is strictly prohibited to use monitoring equipment to collect, record, and play music and videos that are not related to work.
