2. Activity process

Before departure, coordinate the distribution of materials and personnel, do a good job in team management and implement the attendance system, prepare all required materials and instruments, and make necessary rest and preparation on the day of arrival. 5. Feasibility analysis of activities

1. Objective aspects:

(1) In recent years, the state has increased investment in education in the southwest region, continuously promoted the development of minority areas, and vigorously advocated college students to volunteer to support the construction of mountainous areas. This creates a good environment for the development of our teaching activities.

(2) Through site visits, we have become roughly familiar with the local natural and cultural environment, which is conducive to the smooth development of our activities.

(3) Through contact and communication, we have strengthened our friendly relations with the local area and have been unanimously welcomed by local schools and students.

2. Subjective aspects:

(1) Adequate preparation. We have started preparing for this event since May of this semester, and every detail has been carefully planned and arranged.

(2) Valuable experience. In the early stage of the event, our team has exchanged experiences with other outstanding volunteer teaching teams and conducted preliminary site surveys, which has accumulated valuable experience for this event.

(3) Ensure an excellent team. 1. After the volunteer teaching, a summary meeting will be held to sort out each team member’s lesson plans, teaching reports, experiences and problem reflections to provide experience for the next activity .

2. Organize notes, photos and videos, and produce volunteer education posters, PPT and videos to further enrich our volunteer education blog. Through online publicity, more people can understand and pay attention to the development of education in impoverished mountainous areas.

3. Organize the teaching activities and provide feedback on project results to everyone.

7. Assessment System

The local government will issue social practice certificates to all members who participate in volunteer teaching, and those with outstanding performance will be awarded the "__Youth Volunteers Loving Support Teaching Association" outstanding volunteer certificate .

8. Precautions

(1) Before departure, team members should prepare the things they need to bring, and they should not affect the overall progress of the project due to their own procrastination and sloppiness.
