He began to publish his music works on the Internet at the age of 17, and received support from many netizens; at the same time, he also worked for Qingdao TV Station Composed and sang theme songs for entertainment columns and Qingdao Beer Festival drinking competitions.
In August of the same year (2004), the song "Qingdao Lao Bazi" caused widespread controversy on the Internet and attracted the attention of local media.
In October of the same year, the production of his first solo album "MC Shazhou" began. All songs were written, produced, and recorded by one person in his bedroom. The production was completed at the end of November.
On December 15, 2004, the self-published album "MC Shazhou" was released in Qingdao. The first batch of 5,000 copies was sold out in less than five days, and the additional 10,000 copies were also sold out within half a month. The album "Walking on the Zhanqiao" and "Really Shocked" have become "road songs" on the streets of Qingdao. (According to dealer statistics, the sales of "MC Shazhou" in Qingdao exceeded the best-selling album "Qilixiang" some time ago)
In February 2005, preparations for a new album "The Show Is On" began. All the creation, production, singing and recording are still handled by one person. The new album will be produced by the end of the year.
In December 2005, the album "MC Shazhou" entered the 2005 Qingdao record sales ranking and ranked third. (The first two are Jay Chou's "Chopin in November" and JJ Lin's "No. 89757")
