There are many opportunities for this. There are youth volunteer associations in schools, either at the school or college level, and there are also some volunteer clubs, which generally participate in many volunteer activities inside and outside the school. Just sign up. Their volunteer activities are not limited to internal members, but sometimes they are also recruited from the whole school. I am also a college student, located in Yinchuan, Ningxia. Here are some recommendations:
Off-campus: (Volunteer activities outside of school generally take a long time, basically a whole day)
1. Volunteers for events such as marathons and music festivals.
2. Volunteers as guides in museums, parks, and subway stations. A more advanced level is to be an interpretive tour guide, which requires a little time to train.
3. Local Red Cross organizations and some charitable organizations will also regularly hold activities such as "Care Packages". Volunteer work is to introduce and collect donations from passers-by.
4. Volunteer activities in orphanages, nursing homes and the like.
On campus: (This time will not be too long, basically)
1. The library is the simplest, organize the library.
2. Volunteers for large-scale competitions or conferences, you need to know this from the teacher.
3. On-campus volunteers. Some schools will have volunteer teams.
4. Activities such as picking up trash on campus.
That’s all for now. Many of them are done by the school’s volunteer association. For details, you can consult the school’s seniors on where to get information about recruiters.
