Guangdong National Orchestra is a public institution directly under the Guangdong Provincial Department of Culture and a provincial-level national orchestra in our province. The main task is to inherit and develop Guangdong Lingnan Cantonese, Chaozhou and Han folk music, and to explore and practice the symphonization of China national orchestral music. III. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Registration
1. Registration conditions:

Education: 1) Fresh graduates (including those who have suspended employment) majoring in instrumental performance must be full-time undergraduate (with bachelor's degree) or above in various art colleges in China; 2) Engaged in the artistic practice of at least 1 concerts in the professional performance group at or above the provincial level (concert performance certificate or certificate issued by the performance unit is required). You must have good professional knowledge of music and love the cause of Chinese national music. Have a good professional ethics.

2. Registration method:
On-site registration and mail registration are adopted. 4. Examination requirements: the ratio of the number of applicants for the same position to the number of recruitment places shall not be less than 2: 1. If this ratio is not reached, the examination cannot be held; People outside Guangzhou must meet the conditions for entering Guangzhou.
(II) Qualification Examination
At the time of on-site registration, our group will conduct on-site examination of the applicants' registration materials and issue admission tickets to those who meet the registration conditions. Anyone who provides false application materials will be disqualified once verified.
(3) Examination
The examination is conducted by interview (live performance). The content of the exam is self-selected tracks and videos. Scoring standard: the total score of the exam is calculated according to 1, with the self-selected tracks accounting for 6% and the visual spectrum accounting for 4%. 6 is a qualified score. If the test score is lower than 6, it will not be accepted. The test score will be announced to the candidates on the spot. Our group will set up an examination judging panel to be responsible for grading the examination. The panel of judges is composed of the music director of the orchestra, the principal and deputy directors of the orchestra, the personnel department of the orchestra and experts from related majors, with an odd number of experts and no less than 5 members.

(IV) Physical examination
Our group will determine the candidates for physical examination according to the number of candidates to be hired and the candidates who have reached the qualified score of the total examination, from high score to low score, in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Examination for Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial) (Yue Ren She Fa [21] No.382). Specific medical examination arrangements will be notified separately.
(V) Investigation on Political Examination
Our regiment set up a public recruitment investigation team to conduct political examination and investigation on those who passed the medical examination, according to the Detailed Rules for the Investigation of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (for Trial Implementation) (Yue Ren She Fa [21] No.276).
(6) Identify the personnel to be hired, publicize them
Those who pass the inspection and physical examination are identified as the personnel to be hired after research by our recruitment working group, and publicize the personnel to be hired on guangdong provincial department of human resources and social security portal website for 7 working days at the same time. If there is a vacancy in the position to be hired due to unqualified medical examination and inspection, the candidates in the same position who have passed the examination will be given an equal amount from high score to low score according to regulations, and the replacement will be given a medical examination and inspection according to regulations.
(VII) Handling employment procedures
If the list of candidates to be employed is publicized without objection, our group will handle employment procedures according to relevant regulations, sign employment contracts with the employed personnel and implement post management. The first-time employment of fresh graduates
(including graduates who have suspended employment) has a probation period of one year.
iv. explanation of relevant issues
(1) fresh graduates refer to full-time ordinary college students who graduated in 211 and suspended their employment before 211. Those who fail to graduate and obtain a degree on time before June 3, 211 will automatically lose their employment agreement.
(2) The relevant materials provided by the applicant at the time of registration must be true and accurate. Those who provide false materials, once verified, will all be disqualified from the examination and the signed employment agreement will be invalid.
