1. In the personal center, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner, and click on settings below.

2. Click on the feedback and help below.

3. Click to apply for live broadcast permission/live broadcast other questions.

4. Upload a personal certificate, or a video of your current talent show, and submit it.
