Maybe because:

1. The phone is muted;

2. The music playback function of Meipian is not turned on.

First check whether the phone is muted and increase the volume;

If not, check whether the music play button in the Meipian interface is turned on and click to turn it on.

Meipian’s background music can be set to automatically play or not. Selecting automatic play will save you once and for all.
