Lu Xiansen, Ma Fei. The 2023 Changde College Student Music Festival was held simultaneously at the Changde Sports Center. Stars from 16 bands including Lu Xiansen and Ma Fei gathered together to sing the song of youth in Wuling, Changde, and received a warm welcome from college students. Changde is located in northwest Hunan. It is an important node city in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and an important part of the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone.
