The Chinese Musicians Association will hold a grade exam every year from July to August. If you have reached grade 10, you can directly apply for grade 10. You do not need to take the music theory test. The total music theory exam is only grade 4. Test your musical literacy.

Candidates applying for Level 3 to Level 6 of each major must verify the First Level Certificate in Music Basics (Old) or the Junior Certificate in Music Basics (New). Candidates who apply for Level 7 of each major must verify the second-level certificate of Music Basics (old) or the Junior Certificate of Music Basics (new).

Introduction

The National Music Grade Examination is divided into two parts: sight-singing and ear training and performance repertoire. Each part has professional teachers as judges and is very strict. Only after passing both parts can you obtain the corresponding grade.
