Activity content: fun sports meeting + voluntary dinner party in the evening.
The competition time is 14:50-17:00 on October 1st.

Participants Association teammates, relatives and friends gather for AA dinners and prepare their own performances.
The registration method is to click on the list of program team members for each team or morning exercise. One person can register more than one person. Relatives and friends can be invited to participate, and reported to Li Yan, the secretary of the association, for summary.
Activity content
1. At 14:30, the staff will be in place to arrange the venue. Warming up music started. Opening ceremony at 14:50, each team enters the competition venue.
2. The competition starts at 15:00

Specific content of the competition
1. Tug of war (each team is required to send 10 members and at least four female team members). The captains of each team draw lots to determine the order of playing. They are divided into five groups of members. Those who draw 5 can directly enter the Champions League battle. See how lucky a team can be!
2. Fun relay race (each team is required to send 4 members and at least two female team members) Rules: After the first wave of blowing balloons is blown, the second wave kicks the shuttlecock and walks 20 meters (the shuttlecock falls and starts from the beginning) ), the third wave holds a table tennis ball and walks 20 meters, and the fourth wave skips 20 consecutive ropes in the shortest time wins.
3. Three-person and four-legged team (Each team will have three players, at least one of whom is a female player.) Rules: Team members will compete in groups of three, one male and two females, or two males and one female. The track is 20 meters long. Three people stand side by side, tie the right foot of the middle person to the left foot of the person on his right, and tie the left foot of the middle person to the right foot of the person on his left. After hearing the start command, each group starts at the same time and returns around the 20-meter obstacle. The first one to reach the finish line wins.
4. Heart to Heart is also called the balloon (ball) game. It is an interactive game that requires the cooperation of two people. In the game, the two people need to be in step and cooperate with each other. Number of people: Two groups per group, two people per group. Game rules 1. The distance between the venues is 20 meters. 2. Two people hold the balloon (ball) back to back. After reaching the end point, the second relay team starts off and returns to the starting point in the shortest time. The winner. 3. During the game, two people cannot touch the balloon with their hands. Once they touch it, they stop moving for 2 seconds. If the balloon (ball) falls, you need to start from the beginning.
5. Concentric circles. Ten people from each team (can be composed of team members, relatives, friends, or live audience) form a circle, and pass the soft hula hoop through each person for a time. In a three-game system, total points will be awarded. The one with the shortest time wins.
6. Shuttlecock game. Each participating team forms a five-man team, kicks the shuttlecock in a circle, and wins if it does not land for a long time. It is a three-game system with a total time.
7. Big rope jumping competition. Each team has six members, two of them rock the rope, and the remaining four members jump the rope. Counting starts from the time when all four members jump. The one with the most counts before the rope is blocked wins. It is a three-game system with a total count.
