Good morning!
Thanks to the love of my leaders, I had the honor to attend the first meeting of Hunan Province on December 13, 20xx. A batch of rural early childhood backbone teachers are being trained intensively. Please allow me, on behalf of the students who participated in the "national training", to express my heartfelt thanks to all the leaders who provided us with this valuable training opportunity! During the 15-day training, many famous Wonderful lectures by experts and professors. They deeply shocked me with their vivid examples and profound theories. Let me give you a brief report on my experience during the training.
1. Learned advanced early childhood education theories.
The forward-looking ideas of early childhood education experts suddenly enlightened me. Professor Yue Yaping of Nanjing Normal University's lecture "Being a Preschool Teacher with Educational Wisdom" talked about educational wisdom including hard wisdom and soft wisdom. Hard wisdom refers to teachers’ necessary cultural qualities and subject skills; soft wisdom refers to teachers’ teaching concepts, teaching methods and teaching emotions. Only wise education can cultivate wise people, and only wise teachers can cultivate wise students. She said, "A teacher full of educational wisdom has a young heart, and most importantly, a childlike innocence." Teachers should be good at discovering children's wisdom and discovering their particularity, differences and complexity. The secrets of all special actions are discovered by a discerning eye. First-class teachers communicate with children with their eyes and hearts. Second-rate teachers use language, and third-rate teachers use punishment; because everything you think in your heart is written on your forehead. We must pay attention to each child with the eyes of a mother; as a preschool education worker, we must also be good at reflection, constantly evaluate our own behavior, and sort out our own experience; a wise teacher is also a happy teacher. A wise teacher is a person who is happy himself and can also make others happy. Having fun with children is the great wisdom of education.
Professor Chen Xingjun gave us a careful interpretation of the new "Outline", which not only allowed us to see the current situation of early childhood education clearly, but also made us aware of the heavy responsibilities we shoulder. The "Ten Articles of the Nation" are like a ray of spring breeze, allowing us to see the country's emphasis on early childhood education and the hope of early childhood education. I deeply realize that teachers can only improve the quality of children's learning by constantly improving their work quality and quality.
2. Learned new practical management methods for education and teaching.
We visited Changsha Normal No. 1 Kindergarten and Wanying Kindergarten. Their environment creation is all based on the theme of young children. They have opened up fixed corners in the class where children can do activities on their own. The game materials are rich and children can play games at any time. The creation of corners in each class has taken this into consideration. Children’s age characteristics and individual differences. For example: weaving carpets, making business cards, decorating chairs, picking fruits, finding homes in small boxes, etc. In such an environment, children have truly reached the realm of happy games and smart life.
The theme activity of "Gamification of Music Teaching and the Cultivation of Children's Learning Quality" by Xu Zhuoya, a nationally renowned special teacher, pushed the entire national training topic to a commanding height. She used a very relaxed and pleasant teaching method to let us appreciate the essence of music game teaching. Professor Xu summarizes game teaching into four elements: story-action-music-others. In teaching practice, we first make music into a story, then arrange corresponding actions for the story, perceive the music in the actions, and finally add "MSG" to the music game - more advanced appropriate challenges, such as interpersonal relationships, friendly competition, Creative expression, formation changes, adding musical instruments and props, etc.
In short, through this study, I have broadened my horizons and work ideas, and improved my educational concepts and ideological realm. At the same time, I also hope that there will be more such learning opportunities in the future and more teachers will receive national training. I will take this opportunity to seriously reflect on and summarize what I have learned, seen, and heard. In my future work, I will continue to learn and make progress, and do my best for the cause of early childhood education.
