1. First log in to your Kugou Music account and find the order option in the personal center.

2. Next, find the order that needs to be refunded in the order list, and click to enter the order details page.

3. Finally, find the refund application option on the order details page, fill in the relevant refund reasons and application information, and submit the refund application.
