Reba Dance is a comprehensive folk performing art of the Tibetan people in China that is based on bell drumming and includes tap, rap and juggling. . The orchestral music "Reba Dance" absorbs the elements of "tap dance" and "circle dance" in the Tibetan "Reba Dance". Its lyrical and unrestrained melody forms a unique echo with the inserted dance rhythm. The whole song is concise in technique, rigorous in structure, and has a warm sense of scene. The composer used modern orchestral instruments to vividly express various elements of Tibetan music. The piece premiered in Beijing in 1999 and won the third prize in the "10th China Music Works (Symphony) Competition" in 2004. In 2005, it was selected for the Chinese New Year Concert in Vienna and performed by the Salzburg Mozarteum Symphony Orchestra in the Golden Hall. It is one of my country's outstanding new orchestral works that has been loved by audiences at home and abroad in recent years.

Reba is a kind of performance performed by a team of wandering artists (generally composed of families as the basic unit) who make a living by doing business. It mainly focuses on tambourine and integrates rap, comedy (singing and dancing), acrobatics, qigong, A comprehensive art integrating Reba drama. It has a relatively fixed program, consisting of 12 programs, and the full performance takes 5 hours.

Reba dance is a large-scale collective song and dance accompanied by drums, cymbals (single cymbals) and gongs. It is highly technical, with light and agile dance movements at the beginning, and unrestrained emotions and rough and powerful movements at the climax. The original intention of dancing the Reba dance is to pray for the Buddha to bless the village's safety, the prosperity of the livestock, to prevent disasters, and to pray for a good harvest. Artists in singing, dancing, instrumental music, costumes, etc. need to undergo a long period of training before they can participate. Reba Dance is divided into 12 sections. Before each dance section, a verse should be recited, which is to praise the heaven and earth, the sun and the moon, mountains and rivers, Bodhisattvas, etc. The number of programs performed should not be less than nine: "Praise to the Heaven and Earth, Worship the Four Directions", "The Sun, the Moon, and the Stars", "The Sound of Drums Spread, Peace in All Directions", "The Gods and Buddhas Sing and Dance with Us", "Good Friends and Mysteries" "Bringing Master and Disciple to Fight", "Crow Blowing Big Words", "Friends, Mysteries Pulled Down the Sacred Mountain", "Hero Nibri defeated Demon Duni Abba", "Send off Gods, Buddhas and VIPs".
