Download the latest sound card driver of the corresponding model from the ASUS official website Support page and reinstall it

4. If it appears after updating the Windows system. You can try to rollback the sound card driver:

Right-click the Start menu to enter the device manager, double-click the sound video and game controller, double-click the sound device (usually Realtek High Definition Audio) to select the rollback driver, and complete and restart as prompted.

Restore the system: right-click the start menu in turn and select Settings Update and Safe Recovery Start, and choose to keep my files or delete all contents as needed, and follow the prompts. If you can't enter the system, press and hold the power button to turn it off after you see the boot screen, and repeat it for about three times in a short time to enter the Windows recovery environment (some machines need to be directly disconnected from the power supply).
