Pan Mei-chen, born on June 30, 1969 in Taipei County, Taiwan, is a Taiwanese female singer and songwriter. He made his debut in 1987 with the release of the single "Repent". In September, he released his first album "Don't Go, Don't Go". In December, he won the Newcomer of the Year Award from Taiwan China Times Evening News.
