What "Treading Song" expresses is that in March, green willows are lingering, green skirts are hanging, graceful figures, a group of outing girls, singing and dancing hand in hand, stepping on the spring green, singing this happy song, melting into In the beautiful scenery of Jiangnan with bright sunshine and green grass and yellow flowers. Dance is full of cultural atmosphere. The purpose is to depict to the audience a picture of an ancient couple joining hands for a spring outing, and to sympathize with the troubled modern beings through the long-lost image of a beautiful woman.
Shortening shoulders, holding chin, covering arms, swinging back, loosening knees, twisting waist, and leaning hips are the basic postures required by "Ta Ge". In the flow of movements, the dancers swing left and right, twist their waists, and loosen their hips to form a "three-bend" posture in a two-dimensional or three-dimensional space, fully displaying the gracefulness of a girl.
